Attention Kentucky facilities transmitting their assessments through CareWatch®:
The Department of Medicaid Services is in the process of implementing a new procedure to electronically post the Kentucky MDS Case Mix System reports. There is currently a test report posted; follow the instructions it contains to confirm receipt. New reports will automatically be added as they become available. To find yours in CareWatch, click “Tasks,” “MDS Transmission Watch,” and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will find the PDF file in the last portlet, labeled “CMS Reports.” Click “View” next to the report to open it.
